The Rebel Drill is a great way to work on Ball and Body Movement as well as Change of Pace. In Series 1, we focus on attacking downhill for the finish using a variety of starts, stops, lateral movements and hesitations. Series 2 (coming soon) builds on Series 1 with the addition of Change of Direction. You can mix up the finishes at the basket or switch it out for shots off the dribble. Use your imagination!
